This policy explains how Rick Protik Mukherjee (“we”, “us”), an individual operating Task Minder as a sole proprietor for the selfserved.ai classes, handles information about people who sign up for the class and for text reminders.
Information we collect
- Your name, email address, and, if you want text reminders, your mobile phone number, submitted through our signup form.
- A record of your consent choices: whether you agreed to text reminders, the wording you agreed to, the date and time, and the IP address used to submit the form.
- The text messages you send to the service (for example Y, STOP, HELP) and the messages we send you.
- The tasks you plan for the week in the class, which we track in our task system, so we can remind you.
How we use it
Only to run the class, send the class and task reminders you signed up for, reply to the commands you text, respond to your requests, and honor your STOP request. We do not use it to advertise other businesses and we do not build advertising profiles.
Sharing
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Text messages are delivered through a messaging provider (Twilio) and wireless carriers, signup notifications are sent through our email provider, and task information is kept in our task-tracking system, which is looked up to reply to your commands. These providers handle your information only to provide those services to us. We may disclose information if required by law.
Storage and retention
Records are kept on systems we control and with the providers above, and are not published. We keep signup and consent records while you are subscribed and for a reasonable period afterward to document your consent and any STOP request. Email raick@selfserved.ai to ask us to delete your information.
Your choices
Text STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Text HELP for help. Text reminders are optional and are never required for the class.
Children
The classes and Task Minder are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes and contact
